Yes, psyllium can slow you down. I had that issue intitially too until my body got used to it. Take psyllium only once per day and gradually work up to 3 times. Otherwsie too much shock to the system.Make
sure you are not eating an hour before or after the psyllium. Yes take additional Ca and Mg. What is in a multi is NOt enough.
You can take a totla of 1000 mg CA and maybe more and take 500-700 milligrma of Mg total. So add up what is in your multi and then add accordingly.
TYhis will help you alot with constipation.
Take last dose of magneisum before bed. you will wak in the morning and go.
