chew very well. Drink lots of water. If you still cannot digest them or they slow you down you may want to try eating slightly stemaed greens and veggies as that will be much easier on the digestion. Candida and leaky gut can inhibit your ability to digest foods. When this happens and your digestion slows down candida loves it even more.
One things tyo try would be to take the max dose of calcium abd magnesium through out the day and take the last dose right before bed. Make sure you are hydrated.
I was constipated for many years tot he point that I went to the b room only once every 7-9 days. The I woudl be really sick. Now I go every day, so it can be corrected. Your body is sending you a message and you need to figure out what it is.
You could also start by drinking green juices and or
juicing your own greens. This will get the minerals from raw greens into your system in an easily absorbable way without the fiber that might be slowing you down. Once you build up your minerals reserves yuor constipation shoul go away. But calcium and magnesium are the heavy hitters here.
