need advice re vaginal yeast


hi,
i have been reading this thread on and off. i mostly read another thread on a daily basis.
for fifteen years, i took lithium and at times, other psych meds. at one time, i took a lot, but over the years i weaned myself down to just the lithium. over a year ago, i stopped taking that, too.
in order to keep the lithium from giving me uncontrollable diarrhea, i had to eat substantial carbs in the morning, so i usually ate a bagel every morning, and lots of carbs during the day. i was (still am, to some point) a carb addict. i could not stop myself from binging on them every day. so with these drugs came a lousy diet, because if you keep a healthy Diet while taking these things, you will wind up vomiting and pooping your way through the day (or at least, i would). of course, i used an excessive amount of caffeine, mostly in the form of coffee, just to keep my eyes open all day, although that fatigue was blamed on the disorder and supposedly it was not the drugs doing it.
these drugs kept me pretty fat, and i was also suffering from the delusion, that even doctors can tell you, that if people in your family are diabetic, you are prone to having vaginal yeast infections.
i still have vaginal yeast pretty bad, although thank god it never gives me an odor problem and rarely itches. but there is a lot of it, especially at certain times of the month. i have done two parasite cleanses (saw a lot of candida in my stool, for the first time), two liver flushes, have changed my diet to like 85 or 90 percent raw (this was very hard and i had a lot of "relapses" and am still trying to improve), very little carbs. i also finally managed to eliminate caffeine from my diet, after many tries!
every day, i take lecithin and olive oil, olive leaf, acidophilus with FOS, oregano oil, and GSE. i am about to start some green food and kelp.
i think from reading this forum that i should do more liver flushes, but i was wondering if there is something i can do topically to keep down the vaginal yeast. i realize this is a symptom of a deeper problem, which i am trying to address. the doctor wants me to use pharmaceutical drugs but i don't want to, my liver has had to deal with enough dirt over the years from the meds. i never douche, but maybe there is something i should douche with? homeopathic suppositories work only for like 12 hours or not even a day.
i know that i unwittingly screwed myself up using allopathic medicine. some of my symptoms of "mental illness" were fatigue and panic attacks, not to mention massive brain fog, all of which are mostly or totally gone now. but i do think i should have a lot more energy, because people say they do the liver flush, for example, and they feel great afterwards, which i don't find anything giving me significant improvement in my energy level.
i was wondering if anyone has some simple suggestions regarding my routine, but i especially want to know if there is something i can do to address that vaginal yeast while i work on addressing the deeper problem. thanks for reading my long post.
