another ear infection

woke this morn with a pain in the ear--seems to be infected
also started a small finger/nail infection a couple of days ago.
my last ear infection i treated with Antibiotics --that was about the time I discovered curezone and sort of self diagnozed myself with candida

have not been on a strict candida diet but have made many diet improvemnts and feel much better for it
i bought some topical cream based on nystatin and that took out my anal itch after about 4 applications

now this ear thing again (first was about 2 months ago) can ear infections go away by themselves--i dont want to go back for Antibiotics
any suggestions-?i did see a suggestion of a tea for ear infections but i can never get those ingredients here Tweet
