I went to the dr's and was told I have inflammatory bowel disease - either crohn's or ulcerative colitis. Great. Got to wait for the specialist appt to find out what's exactly going.

Michelle - I take magnesium malate (has malic acid in it) for muscle pains, is this ok for a magnesium supplement? It doesn't do much! I was taking mag citrate 400mg solgar a day but it didn't help, maybe I have trouble absorbing tablets. I think I'll look for a liquid mag supplement.

Don't get worried papunyak. You've got to give the candida treatment time. I'd go easy on the detox, do one thing at a time. I can't handle detox's my system isn't strong enough yet. You can't do to much at once, your body won't be able to cope, I know this from experience!!

You have malbsorption problems so vitamins and supplements aren't going to be as effective for you as others. You may have leaky gut, that's an absorption problem.

I think everyone on here has thought they have had a terminal illness, but they turn out to be success stories. Face it, we've got to be healthier than most on here, we look after our bodies SO well!!

My bowel thing is in my family so it's hereditary, I don't want me announcing it to freak you out! Everything will get better, give it time.
