Make your own nut butter. That way you can lose the enzyme inhibitor which isn't an excitotoxin. The enzyme inhibitor makes the nut hard to digest. Pre-packaged nuts can have excitotoxins though. Various forms of Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) are often added to packaged food.

A great way to take stress off both detoxification phase pathways, is to go raw organic. Reducing total load is the key to reduce detox stress. Also consider pure water and ridding all environemtal toxins from your life. Also get a shower filter that takes care of chlorine. Many people don't realize that our skin absorbs a large amount of water when bathing or showering. Another major stress on our liver and our cardiovascular systems.
