Guacamole is the best. Lime, cilantro, peppers, onions, salt and pepper and avocados.

Bring it!!!

Apple cidar vinegar is a great addition to salads, etc. It's great on asparagus.
Try to track down some raw saurkraut. It satisfies a sour craving while supplying good bacteria for the gut and rebuilding the gut to allow b12 synthesis, a function lost on regular SAD diets.
