Possible that we are allergic to yeast

Maybe we are experiencing an allergic reaction to yeast and this is keeping us in a auto-immune reactive loop. Maybe we are lacking normal t-1 functions and allowing yeast to continue to survive from antibodies. Could our immune system be in over-drive, stuck in a t-2 mode? I'm looking at how peanut allergies happen, and it shows some interesting parallels insofar as the immune system is concerned.
