Re: To Emily

By instructions I mean guide lines. I did so much research on the web, in books, health stores, talked to people that had candida (also thanks to this forum - I got also help from here of course), etc. that I kind of could get the essence of all of the information. Things like avoid all sugars (no fruit sugar), carbs break down into sugar-not good, hmmm... stuff like this. And stuff like this is one size that fits to all that want to get rid of Candida.
And like I wrote before, I agree with you that most people here want to share their info, which is great. But still I read posts from some people here, that want help, f.ex. with die-off symptoms. (This is just an example) They get tons of hints f.ex. to cut down with the medication because the body cannot handle too much die-off and the healing actually goes slower instead of faster because the body has to be strong. And a couple of days/weeks later I read almost the same post from the same person again - just a little bit different. Again writing how bad he/she feels with the die-off. And there are just people in the world that like to be self destructive, that need the feeling of getting attention (in this case pity).
Again, I do think most of the people here really want to exchange info, get help and give help. But there are also others.
But who am I to judge that. I personally do not like it, that is one reason why I stopped reading & posting here as much. If these people need it though and get it, maybe it is good for them and actually helps them. Everybody should do it the way he/she wants / needs it.

Hmmmm. What "instructions" are you speaking of?? There is NOT a one size fits all approach to healing candida. I don't think most people here want your pity- they just want to share info so they can heal themselves.
