Re: Do you really want help or just socialize?
I respectfully disagree. Candidasis is a very unpleasant and limiting condition. I find it difficult to believe that anyone would suffer this disease even one minute longer than necessary. I think it should be acknowledged that candida is something of a nebulous diagnosis. It is quite possible that those who would claim a quick and easy recovery never actually had candidasis in the first place. Further, there is a great variation in the physiology of human beings. I, for example, take a great delight in consuming a well constructed peanut butter and jelly sandwich. There are others, however, who would go into a fatal allergic shock when ingesting even the smallest fragment of only one peanut. I am to lord over those who can not eat peanuts as I can ? Should I question their sincerity? Should I call their deaths from eating peanuts to be nothing more a pathetic whine for pity? Obviously, there are those would do so, but I would not.
If there is something good to be had from suffering candidasis it is that I have acquired at least a small measure of tolerance and understanding for my fellow human beings. Apparently, candida does not have this effect on everyone. And that, to my mind, is a very great pity indeed.
