Wood Elf Re: SAD

Hi Wood Elf. I was interested in one of your posts some way back where you said you suffer with SAD. I have this too - UK Winters are soooo grey, grim, dark and very long but I was wondering how you were doing with your new light-box. Have you started to see any results as yet and where did you buy it from? I keep thinking of buying one of the "visors" so I can still wonder around whilst receiving treatment - very pricey though! I never associated SAD as being a typical candida symptom - nobody ever seems to mention it much but I guess most folks on here live in warmer climates so maybe thats why they dont suffer (?). Any info. is much appreciated.
