Re: what to use instead of Teflex?

I lined my dehydrator sheets with wax paper until I finally broke down and bought teflex. Just be sure to turn and remove wax paper before it's dried into the food. Maybe even wipe with a bit of olive oil before spreading?

Another tip: I found it hard to spread mixtures on the wax paper unless I taped it to the trays. Another mess to clean up, but it definitely made the work go faster...
