I take them on and off. When I do I have tons of energy, but I would have reservations about saying they have any antifungal effect. They are alkalizing and they have phytonutrients, the energizing, alive stuff that veggies are famous for. If anything, I think the living energy is what helps give people strength to combat an illness. Anyway, I do like them, but I would say are only part of the protocol. That's just my opinion. :) obj
