Coconut reaction

I don't think it was detoxing because, for me anyway, that usually happens very quickly when eating/taking a new food/product. As I said, this reaction started when I had been eating coconut for 2 months. I expect I ate too much. I could have frozen the flesh instead of guzzling it all! Just bear in mind that I live off a really restricted diet (I am Very FOOD SENSITIVE).

Making coconut milk was really delicious and easy - chop up the coconut small and pour boiling water over it (I didn't even bother to take off the rind) and liquidize it in a blender/food processor. Strain and drink (delicious with a little cinnamon instead of sugar). When you strain the liquid the fibre neatly seperates. It's interesting how much of the coconut flesh is fibre.

You put the coconut (shell and all) in the plastic bags. You might have to drop it a couple of times!
