I've got a lovely bunch of Coconuts
Just back from a week away in the country. Did a
Liver Flush (ist one = big stones!)
Anyway I must share the great time I had with a coconut!
I purchased one and drank the milk first (absolutely delicious and anti fungal), by cork screwing through the circle.
I then split the coconut into 2 and removed the flesh. Half of it went coarsly chopped into my quinoa porridge (over the week) but the other half I grated.
I then added this with stevia, buckwheat flour, cinnamon, mixed spice, pinch of
Sea Salt , coconut oil (from H.food shop), an egg and a little water. This made my dough which I rolled out, cut then baked into biscuits. They were soooo delicous, I ate about 40 biscuits in 2 days!!!
And they are not only candida safe but heavily antifungal. :)
