digestion and die off - NEED HELP!

does anyone's digestion problems get worse during die off?

i have been having horrible digestion problems for about a month now and i just can't get things under control. my stomach rumbles a ton after eating. sometimes i don't go to the bathroom for days at a time. this all started after doing an ACV enema approx 1 month ago. ever since that my digestion has been absolutely horrible, as before i had no major issues and was going at least once a day.

now i find that i will not go for several days at a time, and when i finally do it is diarrhea. it is awful and i don't know what to do. i have also been getting pain in my ribs sometimes after eating. i have started digestive enzymes and have tried taking magnesium too and these both seem to cause diarrhea. but if i don't take anything i don't go at all anymore.

i have been on the diet since last october with a few cheats over the holidays. but since the new year i have gotten very strict. no nuts, no grains at all, no carrots, no tomatoes, etc...and i am no longer eating any raw foods because that is making the digestion worse.

do any of you think this could be die off related? i seem to be doing everything right these days as far as my diet goes, yet my digestion is just out of control.

any comments, suggestions???
