Oat meal is bad for the leaky gut! I used to eat oat meal all the time. People with gluten disease do not eat oat meal. Also most oat meal is known to have mycotoxins.
Brown rice is a good grain to eat in moderation. Virgin Coconut oil is good for CAnadia. HOmemade cultured cabbage is good to fight the bad bacteria, better than any commerical probotics crap ( I have tried many ). Alfafa sprouts are great for digestive enzymes and nutrients. Broccoli sprouts are good to bring up your body PH.
