lots of times bleeding gums are vitamin c deficiency. Also, my hubby had lots of problems with that. His gums would just start bleeding for no reason. We invested in Sonicare and the dentist says he is thrilled with our hygiene and no more bleeding. It gets between teeth pretty goof too.
