It is normal

for body temperature to fluctuate a certain amount. You never stay consistently at one specfic temp. Now if your body temp dropped or increased drastically, that is indicitive of a serious problem.

I am hypothryoid and my normal body temp is 97.2. There are days when I drop to 96 and am miserable, I notice those follow eating way too much of what I shouldnt (I haven't yet started my candida battle as I am trying to understand what is happening to me, and frankly it is hard to try such a drastic diet in the middle of moving to a new house, changing jobs and still trying to get the thyroid under control). I also now know for me that running a temp of 98.6 is a fever comparable to someone running a fever of 100.

Please message me as I would love to discuss the hypothyroid/candida issue with you and see if we can help each other out and share information.

All the best
Kate
