Re: To violetgrace - NEEM
thank you! yes i am going to order the max strength today. i think i have a few astringents at home with salicylic acid in them already so i will start applying them after. thanks for the tip. i do use a scrubby brush but i am also gonna get the hand things you suggested cause the brush is a little too harsh.
i actually started itching when i started the neem. my rash did not itch at all before this. the little bumps that appear here and there look and feel/itch like flea bites. i only have them randomly in a few places but they are no big deal. i actually got these while first starting the candida diet - and they are back again but i am being very strict with my diet so maybe it has something to do with that. as for the tinea versicolor - it appears to be clearing but it is hard for me to tell cause it is on my back. believe it or not the rash actually isn't that bad - at least compared to some of the photos i have seen of it!
this site had some interesting stuff on neem:

i also read a lot about the different parts of the tree - the leaves, bark, oil from seeds, etc. they each have different healing qualities i think.
the book i got was from amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0910261326/qid=1137514968/sr=1-2/ref=sr_1_2/...
i think i paid like 11 bucks total with the shipping. i haven't received it yet because i just ordered yesterday but i wanted to read more about how to use the different parts of the tree. i am not sure how good the book is but if you want i will let you know as soon as i get it.
