Re: To violetgrace - NEEM

stinks as in smelly. plus its oil and you are trying to cut back on the amt of oil on your skin. i never tried it though myself. i found the soap to be enough with the scrubby gloves. at first when it was really bad i used the "clean and clear" face astringent with the sal. acid in it to also fight the yeast. it gets rid of the oil and leaves a residue of the sal. acid on your skin that fights the yeast even when you are not washing with the soap.

enemas of all kinds scare me. so i am the wrong person to ask about that.

neem is a very neat little herb though. i would like to know how it works out for you if you do the internal thing.
