Question about my 2 year old

I have a two year old that has been dealing with Candida also. He is taking a three lac once a day and his toes are looking better. Doctors always said that the peeling of the skin on his toes and the redness will go away with anti fungal cream and it never worked. The only thing that has helped is the three lac I have seen a change. He has a rash on his head just like his dad and doctors say it is craddle cap... What ever.... Anyway my question is the last two days I have given my son Milk and it has come up every time. I am not sure if it a bug that has hit him or if it can be this candida. I don't use milk in anything that I cook any more because of our diet but he has a cup of milk before he takes his nap and before he goes to bed for the night. I refuse to give him some. I tried to give him some rice milk and he didn't like that. But what do you recommend when it comes to replacing milk for this little guy?

He also is pooping okay but the poop is really green and I was reading that that means there is bile in the poop. Is that bad and what can I do to help him with that?
