I'm always hungry at work and need some snacks! I also need new ideas for breakfast and supper.
Currently, my fix-all solution is porridge. I have a big bowl of porridge about 3 or 4 times a day (with rice milk) but I know that this doesn't really suit me. I've been adivsed here that rice milk is a no-no, and I'm not sure if the oats are suiting me either (I've read all grains are bad?). When I eat my porridge, I get the usual symptoms: sore/dry tongue, flushed/dry cheeks, brain fog, headache.
Can anyone please advise me of any snacks or new ideas for breakfast?
There aren't any good shops in my town (no greengrocers, and the only supermarket is M&S) so getting hold of unusual ingredients isn't easy. :(
