i found that after i got rid of it certain food were a no-no for me too.
all the common allergy foods: wheats,dairy,sugars,chemical sweeteners.
i think its because my intestinal wall was more open to absorbtion of these foods so i was reacting to them. and the things were going on before i just didnt notice it because i was feeling crappy all the time.
also you do you healthy bacteria by itself. it seems when people do the healthy bacteria and the other anti-fungals it seems to kill the healthy bacteria too.
