Re: How much coconut oil?

I use coconut oil as a substitute for my cooking oil, for butter, and for baking. The only time I use anything else is for a salad dressing when I use olive oil, as coconut oil hardens at room temp. The recomendation is to use 3-4 tlbs a day but that is really easy if you use it for cooking and baking. It is an oil that can stand high heat and loses none of the benefits, as well as the fact that the body uses it for imediate energy and is unlikely to cause weight gain. It also makes a great moisterizer on your skin. I have also made a sort of candy mixing it with coconut, nuts, sweetener, etc. Many people say they get die-off from it so it seems to work for candida. It is a very healthy oil to use daily.
