Just checking in...
Seeing how you are doing from your enema results? Feeling any better?? I think I am going to try my first tomorrow but I am still a little nervous. I made some yogurt today So I can do a Yogurt enema after the ACV enema.

Anyways, I wanted to make sure you were doing ok.
