Re: First enema NOT feeling so well WHY?

Last night I saw globes of white gooey stuff , almost made me vomit. The enema itself was not bad, didn't feel like much except the urge to go. It was afterward. And even hours later jumping out of bed and running to the bathroom thinking I was going to be sick. I was going to do another this afternoon, wanted to see what else would flush out. Too afraid after the achy intestines I have had all day and they are still gurgling a little. I don't wanna do too many of these, thre are conflicting opinions about dependence, do want to go there. I got enough problems. IN any case I was hoping that feelinbg sick was because I disturbed those little ******. I certainly hope so. I swear I am so distraught over this illness I have thought about when I get better , would be great to have a wellness center with saunas, colonics , massage and nutrional advice especially for candida. I would love to find a place like that in my area.
