Jhan, who posts here, has narrowed the steps down to a science. She has a curezone blog. Very helpful. Basically: Flush, clean, kill, balance, rebuild immunity. Correcting food type/selections is primary. The type of supplements are secondary, from what I can tell, to the type of foods we put into us. Those types of supplements may vary a bit, person to person. I think the basic protocol that Jhan lays out is a good "floor plan" from which to build our individual programs. I'm looking to do that in hopes it will cut down on the confusion of where to start a solid program instead of just trying this and that and floundering around.
Also, from what I can tell, if jhan's protocol is done properly you will automatically balance acid/alkaline.
