Re: Candida Research Database?
i think it is a great idea! would be great to list all of your symptoms and methods you have tried, success or unsuccessful, etc.
but what i must say is that what works for some doesn't necessarily work for other's and vice versa. so just because 100 people tried something and it didn't work, doesn't mean that it wouldn't work for at least a few people. Many people seem to have success with threelac but i tried it and it didn't really seem to make much of a difference for me. but i don't think the product is worthless because it didn't work for me, especially since i have read time and time again success stories with it.
i know many people don't think alkalizing will help, but it seems like it has actually at least relieved symptoms for some, even if it hasn't been their cure. i realize it may not be the total cure of my candida but it certaintly is not going to make me any worse. and actually i have been feeling pretty good since starting my new diet and have lost a few
pounds that i packed on while not being able to exercise. so all in all it is already a success for me in my book!
anyways, i think putting together a database would be great...listing different supplements, diets, foods, etc so everytime a new person comes on the boards, they didn't have to ask the same types of questions we all ask when we first start posting.
