Re: To Michelle

very strange that water helps. i used to get a ton of pressure in my head and sinuses and it was worse when i was retaining water before my period. i used to have to drink a ton of water to flush myself out and it seemed to help a bit with that. i was originally diagnosed with viral labyrinthitis which is an inner ear infection...but i really think it was the candida all along. it definitely loves the sinuses and i read that it can mess with your equilbrium, which is what happened to me. well hopefully as time passes and you heal more you won't get such a bad chemical reaction to shampoos and things like that. and the anxiety will get better too, i promise! i found i don't get as hyperactive as i used to when i get a new symptom. i may feel anxious for a minute but i can keep myself under control. i could not do this initially. time, patience, and commitment seems to be the only answer we have right now to getting better. and also hope...i think if you truly believe you can beat it you will. i know i am going to whether it takes me a year or 5 years, i am not going to let this thing ruin my life. i really feel like i am going to get something really valuable out of this whole experience and i truly hope others do the same.
