1. I am affraid to do cleanse ? Help me ?
Answer:
This is a simple way to gain courage to flush liver and GB, for all those of you who are affraid of
Gallstones attack or gallstone stuck.
To gain courage to use
Epsom Salts , do next:
Take daily 1 tea-spoon of
Epsom Salts with water OR freshly pressed fruit juice.
Increase amount for 1 tea-spoon every day.
Day 1 ... 1 tea-spoon
Day 2 ... 2 tea-spoons
Day 3 ... 3 tea-spoons
....
To gain courage to use Olive Oil, do next:
Take daily 1tbsp of
Olive-Oil (Extra Virgine) blended with 1 or 2 tbsp freshly pressed lemon or grapefruit juice.
Increase the amount for 1tbsp every day.
Then next day Take 2 tbsp of oil + 2 tbsp of juice
Then next day Take 3 tbsp of oil + 4 tbsp of juice
Then next day Take 4 tbsp of oil + 4 tbsp of juice
... and so on until you are ready to do it.
With food, or before food, or after food or on an empty stomach.
"Olive Oil" should always be "Virgine" or "Extra Virgine", (because it is cold pressed) and whenever possible choose ORGANIC.
2. What to do when having an acute attack ?
a. Take one cup of water with 1 tbsp of
Epsom Salts
b. Take 6 - 10 tbsp of
Olive-Oil (Extra Virgine) blended with 6 - 10 tbsp freshly pressed lemon or grapefruit juice.
c. Castor oil pack
d. Take one more cup of water with 1 tbsp of Epsom Salts (good luck)
e. Foot massage very hard (walk on marbles)
f. Drink More Water
g. Acupuncture or acupresure (if you know how)
h. Take one more cup of water with 1 tbsp of Epsom Salts (If you can)
i. Take Pain Killers
j. Just give up
a + b + c + d + e + f or before ... stops the pain.
3 How can I prevent attack ?
a. Avoid eating "bad foods" ( fried foods, industrially processed foods, foods with aditives, foods with margarin, ... )
b. Avoid eating foods you don't tolerate ( eggs, bacon, sugar, coffee, ... this list is different for every person )
c. Take daily 1 tee-spoon of Epsom salts with 1 cup of water.
d. Take 3tbsp of
Olive-Oil (Extra Virgine) blended with 3 tbsp
freshly pressed lemon or grapefruit juice.
e. Take daily 2 - 15 cups of freshly pressed aple juice
(Juice should be freshly pressed, non-pasteurised, non-sterilised.
Pasteurisation and sterilisation destroys enzymes and vitamins.)
f. Take daily 3 - 12 capsules of lecithin.
g. Take daily 1 - 6 tbsp of flax seed oil (if you can tolerate it).
If Flax Seed Oil tastes bad, IT IS BAD.
Get bottle of fresh one that tastes GOOD.
Freshly pressed olive oil tastes GOOD.
