Re: itchy backside!

hi,

i also itched when i pee'd, had a bowel movement etc!!!

here's how i cured my 6 yr nightmare:

all that is needed is a whole-vegetable supplement (which must have absolutely no fruits, no additional enzymes or any other thing mixed with it.

the veggie supplement i am talking about contains natural enzymes, alkalizes and provides natual minerals. it's made by nature's way and called "garden veggies". i get it at "wegman's" grocery store.

it cured my 6-year systemic candida problem quickly - plus postively
effected every other health problem i had -

and it only cost $7.99. and, i noticed over time i need to take less and less. yahoo!!

and, please be aware that i didn't even change my diet - i only added this to my diet.

FYI:
here's some things that USED TO cause my urine to change which caused my skin (and female area) to itch - or caused anal itch:

Caused Pee Itch:
grapes - or any fruit juice
citrus (except lemons)
vitamin c (just an educated guess)
b vitamins, selenium - only if made with yeast
any sweet essential oil: peppermint oil, orange oil, clove?, marjoram etc.
any (strong) anti-bacterial oil/or oil blend?
splenda
ala supplements
seafood
any fish oil
flax seed oil

Cause Anal Itch:
enzymes
magnesium

Things that cause my urine/anal itch to GET BETTER:

supplement with JUST greens - (can't have any fruit in it.)
calcium (but i can only take very little, causes migraines otherwise)
dandelion - (high in calcium), helps urine itch, may have made anal itch worse though)
milk (calcium helps again)
lemons? (seemed to combat against urine itch even when i ate seafood)
minerals (very tiny amounts of Sea Salt ) - also cured the insulin resistance! - but the large amount of sodium made me swell up.

**it seems like veggies, natural minerals, - or alkaline products help,
but, "garden veggies" cured my all by themselves.**
