itchy backside!

Hi,

I finished candida treatment no so long ago, I am feeling a whole lot better, all my candida related syptoms are gone.

I have itching around my anus though, and all around the crack between the buttocks. Sometimes it feels like there's bits of glass there, when I'm walking especially. I was thinking it could be parasites, but the itching is not just in and around the anus. I also have what I think are fissures on my perineum. They are on either side (both the anus side and the vagina side). I have internal hemorrhoids too. When I urinate it stings so bad where the fissures are.
