well i noticed eating yogurt greatly improved my digestion.
you eat veggies for roughage because your body cant break down a lot of that stuff and it scrapes your insides clean so to speak.
you are suppose to chew your stuff like 20-30 times which would turn it to liquid and make it easier to digest.
seriously eat some yogurt you wll feel sooooooo much better and take some vitamins to replace all the vitamins that the yeast drained from your body.
