With the amount of supplements I take, when the thought of its actual quality (vs it containing heavy metals) really concerns me.
I try to purchase the top brand but even then, it is hard to tell how healthy these supplements are.
I live in Taiwan, where I need to order by mail the herbs from company... or get the real stuff here. Hopefully, Chinese medecine is using herbs a great deal. Like them, I try to use the REAL stuff: rose tea for vit. C. Ginger root itself, clove itself, licorice itself and medlar itself.... rather than the extract and this, of course, when they do not contain to much sugar.
