swollen lymph glands

Been battling systematic yeast for a couple of months now (probably there a lifetime, though). Went through one course of Nystatin and just finished 14 days on Fluconazole. I am following this "cave man" diet for 2 weeks now. I have noticed lymph nodes under my left arm and very swollen and tender. Wondering if anyone else experienced this. I guess I am a little scared, since I had Breast Cancer 14 years ago on that side (had several lymph nodes removed also). I am also receiving IV treatments of Nutritional(Vit C) and oxidative theraphy... Very toxic with arsenic and others heavy metals. Hope someone can ease my mind a little.......
