I'm surprised that the jerusalem artichoke reciepe works after cooking it. Elsewhere on this site someone has posted that it should be eaten raw, surely the heat also destroys the cultures in the yoghurt? But you say you feel better ? That the candida has diminished? I would be interested to know. I am peeling JA and eating it raw at present, sliced, with an acidophalus/bifidus capsule, and a glass of water.I realy like it raw. Whatever works. Love and Light .
