So long as you are ready to go that far why not try this: Jerusalem Artichoke. JAT (Jerusalem Artichoke Tubers) have been documented in several reports to greatly aid sufferers of Candida. The best way I've found so far is the following recipe:
Ingredients: JAT - 1 Kg
Unsweetened/Natural Yogurt - 1 Kg
Boil 1Kg JAT until soft.
Peel and mash.
Mix 4 table spoons mashed JAT and 4 table spoons yogurt
Salt and spice to taste
Refridgerate the remainder until next use.
Enjoy.
It is highly recommended to eat one portion a day. I can personally attest to the effectiveness of this treatment.
