i used a half a cup of Epsom Salt and half a cup of baking soda....stayed in for about 20 min last night and felt completely fine until i got out. then i felt a little nauseous and my legs were sweating a little bit. is this normal? i probably was a little dehydrated beforehand - i didn't drink much water yesterday so maybe that has something to do with it.
also, how often do you guys do these baths and have they really helped anyone?
