Re: swimming laps in a chlorinated pool??

My symptoms were the same as yours, even down to the bruises on the calves of the legs. I could never work out how I got them. The muscle pain and fatigue would come on after any exercise and last in an accute state for up to a week. I was finally given the diagnosis of Myalgic Encephalo-myalitis [ME] . In England now it's called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, to bring it into line with the US.I think it was caused by chemicals [Pesticides on the farm]But can be caused by a virus, or a combination of both.I had it for over 20 years, but am 85% better by doing regular liver flushes. [on my 15th today]I am now swimming in a heavily chlorinated public pool 3 times a week and am continuing to improve with each liver flush. I'm sure it's the key to getting better. I try not to swallow the water and always have a good shower after a swim. I hope you improve quickly. Are you liver flushing? Love and light , Deotima.
