If you want more information about healing your intestines and starving
candida, take a look at this website of compiled information. I just found
the site today, even though I know all this information already.
However, before looking at it, I thought having some fiber in my diet
didn't help the candida thrive, but I should have thought "it can feed
the good bacteria, so why wouldn't it feed candida? It's carbohydrates
that humans can't digest well". So it's best to take probiotics that
are attached to their food source (I take primal defense myself).
Doing a no fiber diet can be easy if your motivated and like meat
and butter :P
It might be healthy to stick a fruit or whole food supplement in yourself
once in awhile so you don't become terribly deficient. Or you could trust
a regular supplement.
