You could only eat 8 things....Holy Cow I would die. I was never that strict. I think just giving up the junk food and fruit is hard...)o: I do get better just doing this so no need to stress myself beyond belief. I dont have endo but my sister in law did and she just had a hysterectomy at 28 so that is so scary as I am only 28 and still have no kids.

I just had a thought I took the Depo Provera shot way back in my late teens for a year. This shot is mostly progesterone which can cause a flare up of candida. I am wondering if this is when my whole problem started. I had major problems include suicidal Depression with that stuff I had to get off. i was a total basket case. 8 years later I wonder if that crap is still in my system it is artificial hormones so....hmm I need to get cleansing. I have been kinda lazy with the Liver Flushes cause I cant stand the day after...lol but I am going to do another one soon.

Well I know it is bad but I am trying Clomid this cycle. I know it is artificial but this waiting is killing me. My husband is almost forty and we still have not had a baby. I was pregant once but lost it. With my PCOS I am just not ovulating good enough and no nutriotional thing is going to help it that I know of besides getting my insulin down with meds (metformin) and diet. I am just hoping this is our month. It is so frustrating.
