Yes Clomid helps you ovulate. It helps the follicles develop to a larger size a little easier for conception. It temporarily blocks estrogen which tricks the brain into making more FSH Follicle stimulating Hormone and LH so you can ovulate. With PCOS that I have I dont always ovulate or if I do the follicles dont get very big or something. I am still learning. The only naturapath in my area is not accepting new patients so oh well. I will just do it my way for now. I can alway check down the line into another naturapath when I get some better insurance.

I wanna have my first child before I turn 30 otherwise I would take the time and find a more natural approach. So far the natural herbs etc have not worked for me.

My allergies on my muscle testing were
Gluten
Sugar (lol)
Caffeine
Chicken
Dairy
Corn

It doesnt leave much to eat. I dont know if I have accepted the fact that I am allergic to these. I want further testing done. I am thinking of finding a test for Celiac disease as I have alot of those symptoms especially Depression and crying spells out of now where. Now getting a doctor to test me for it might be a challenge.
