Another die-off symptom that happens to me is acne. For some it is some other type of skin rash or reaction. The skin is a major elimination organ, and can really take a hit during die-off. I've been experimenting with using liquid Bentonite clay on my affected area, and I have actually seen improvements from it. I've used it as a mask. Just in case this happens, you will have at least one immediate thing to try.
