Thanks for your reply. I know alot of people don't like the Atkins diet and apparently you are one of them. If it produces more stones than an ordinary diet how come I didn't pass many? You think I will in later flushes? Also my husband is a diabetic and had high cholesterol. On the Atkins diet we have his
Sugar count down to lower 100s and his cholesterol was lower a week ago at his checkup than it had been in over a year. It is working so I hate to change. He doesn't need to lose weight so he is adding good carbs back each day. I'm trying to hold mine to 20-25.

Sugar and cholesterol. It has worked. My question is: Is it safe to cleanse our gallbladder and liver since we have been eating so much protein? The directions said eat a no fat meal before starting. Can I do the cleansing and then go back on Atkins safely?
