eat more garlic, ginger, and onion...these are in basically every indian dish
don't drink sodas or coffee...very difficult. I did it, it took 1 week of caffine headaches to get over them. I didn't touch them for that time. Now I can't take them at all, they taste bad and make me feel bad.
Never take a manmade sweetner...aspertame, etc
Substitute sugar for real honey and/or maple syrup..it's delicious
eat carbs that are good for you, potatoes can be made into a delicious meal Look up a potatoe curry. Also don't eat white flour. When you buy bread, be sure that it is whole wheat. I love the purple wrapped Ezekiel bread cinnamin and raison
Remember, we are naturally craving sweets. Our body needs gloucous to digest food. Just give it the kind it can use...you can find it in any fruit. Eat them fresh and raw and your cravings should go away. It took me about 1-1 1/2 weeks to get over them. Now I know whenever I feel a sweet tooth coming on, I should just get a nice tasty piece of fruit.
