Re: new here also

I am new here also I have done research on raw foods,,,I was even vegetarian for a while years ago....And the reason I did not stick with it was because I did not have a lot of different vegi dishes to prepare so I got bored with eating the same old dishes over and over....I have tried many diets and what I find is that most diets require a lifestyle change and if the lifestyle change for that diet is something that you are willing to adapt to then the diet will work for you ....But diets like the Atkins I have never been that big of an meat eater so the diet worked until I hit a certain point and stop ed losing most of all I really did not like eating all that meat....Now the raw food lifestyle is what I feel is the correct lifestyle change for me the only problem that I am going to run into is same as before I don't want to get bored with preparing raw foods so I am looking for local raw food classes or in a lest surrounding states I am currently in Charlottesville va and I truly feel that raw foods are the way to go...but I just want to make the transition last.....Anyone with any advice or knowledge the would like to share would be greatly useful...also if there is anyone in Charlottesville who has bean raw for a while please contact me so we can learn from each other..lapis I know this is your area so please give me feed back....
Thanks guys in advance
