I agree with Shroom - I score exactly 50/50 on both lists, so not sure how diagnostic it is.
I should point out to both of you (Shroom and Anne) and anyone else reading that this stuff is new and speculative. I still haven't figured most of it out.
I don't know if all brain fog is down to urea-cycle dysfuntion, but I do know that a lot of medical conditions (other than candida) involve brain fog, and the cause of that brain fog is urea-cycle dysfuntion, not acetaldehyde.
The B12 and folic acid advice is spot on.

Interesting. I would say that the mental change is more noticable than the physical.
