Quite a few people have indeed recovered from systemic candida, amongst which shelley and Johng. I have recovered but I run the last lap during which you carry on with the diet for another 3 months.

I am not too sure I understand your second question: "The longest time i've heard someones been on Candida is for 10 years. What about the shortest time."

If you mean 'suffering from candida' I had been suffering from candida for some 35 years before I started to treat it, 3 years ago.
