is your candida gone?

Hi Meira, thanks for responding to my post. Do you still have candida? I have yet to use the antifungals, becauseI am trying to prepare my body for them. I am trying to make my body more alkaline, and I am going on an anti-candida diet. I am also doing a lot cleanses. What has worked for you so far? Thanks
